Our tools help you prepare documents and organise records. Generated policies remain drafts for your review and must accurately reflect your practices. They do not guarantee a licence, inspection result or compliance with every council requirement. Check your local authority’s current requirements and obtain veterinary or professional advice where appropriate.
Access periods and payments
Licence preparation costs £69.99 for 12 months from your paid purchase. This covers the preparation tools, policy builders and inspection tools. The first Licence Ready purchase includes three months of Logs & records. After that included period, Logs & records continues at £14.99 per month unless you cancel before the first monthly payment.
Logs & records can also be purchased separately for £14.99 per month. Cancel through Manage subscription; you can continue adding and editing records until the end of your paid or included period.
When a period ends, your saved work remains available to view, print and export while BreederReady operates. Adding or editing preparation requires current preparation access; adding or editing daily records requires an active Logs & records period. A monthly subscription does not extend preparation access.
Preparation renewal is optional: £69.99 for a further 12 months from renewal. It does not renew automatically or include another three months of Logs & records. Downloaded documents remain yours to keep.
Service closure and notice
If we decide to close BreederReady, we will give customers at least 90 days’ notice by email to their registered address and through a notice in their workspace.
We will honour paid access periods. If we cannot provide the remainder of a paid period, we will refund the unused portion proportionately, based on the time remaining. Subscription payments will stop when the service closes.
Customers will have the opportunity to download their saved work before closure. Access to the online workspace will end when the service closes, so please keep your own copies of important records. Evidence attachments must be downloaded separately from a data backup.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
